Strength training analysis.
Most apps record your training. This one reaches a verdict.
Log every set — weight, reps, RPE. Repcurve reads the last ninety days of your own history and tells you whether each lift is progressing, holding or declining, what the data says is behind it, and what to change. The number sits under every claim.
The verdict
Three readings, and the evidence for each.
Every lift gets one of three judgements against your own trailing window, never against anyone else. The slope is stated in kilograms per week with a confidence interval, and the chart that produced it sits directly beneath the sentence.
Regression is information, not failure. It is reported in amber, with the reading that triggered it, and no alarm.
- Progressing
- Load is moving up at stable effort.
- Holding
- Flat inside the interval. Not yet a plateau.
- Declining
- Trending down, or holding at rising effort.
Your own baseline
There is nobody to compare yourself to.
No leaderboards, no percentiles, no normative benchmarks. Not as a setting — they do not exist in the product. The only question it asks is whether you are stronger than you were, and how confident it is about the answer.
That is also why the estimate is trustworthy where it matters. An individual's rep-max curve differs from the generic one by a fixed personal offset, which biases an absolute estimate but largely cancels in a slope — and the slope is what gets reported.

Honest limits
When there isn't enough data, it says so.
Every metric has a minimum before it will assert anything. Under that threshold the chart shows the data it has, continues as a dotted line, and counts what is missing. It does not round a guess up into a finding.
The same rule governs the language. Claims are hedged in proportion to the interval — "consistent with", "the likeliest explanation is" — never "this is because".

The chat
Ask about the session you just finished.
The analysis is handed finished numbers and quotes them. It does not calculate, re-derive or estimate, and every claim it makes cites the metric behind it. Where the data does not cover your question, it says that instead of inferring.
It will not programme around pain — it will tell you to reduce load and see a physiotherapist. It does not set calorie targets or goal weights, and it treats medical questions as out of scope.
Why has my bench stalled?
Bench e1RM has been flat for three sessions while average RPE rose from 7.5 to 8.5. That pattern is usually effort creeping up under a load that is not moving, rather than a strength loss.
