Terms of use

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Repcurve Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. They govern your use of the Repcurve app and this website. By creating an account you accept them.

How we handle your data is set out separately in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

This is not medical advice

Repcurve is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Check with a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, particularly if you have an injury or a health condition.

Repcurve describes patterns in training data you have entered. It does not know your medical history, and it cannot examine you. It will not build a programme around an injury, set calorie targets or goal weights, or answer medical questions — and you should not treat anything it says as a substitute for a qualified professional.

Resistance training carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for what you choose to lift.

Who may use it

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a contract. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Repcurve on devices you own or control, for your own training. Everything in the app and on this site — the software, the design, the exercise library, the name and the marks — belongs to us or our licensors and stays that way.

Your data stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you log. You give us permission to store and process it so that we can run the service for you, and for nothing else. You can export it at any time, and deleting your account deletes it.

Subscription and payment

Repcurve is a subscription service at £9.99 per month, inclusive of UK VAT. New accounts get four weeks free, carrying the whole product. There is no free tier: when the trial or a subscription ends, the app is no longer usable until you subscribe again.

Ending a subscription does not delete anything you have logged. Your data remains stored and remains exportable, and resubscribing restores access to it. Deleting your account is a separate action, is available in the app, and does delete it.

  • Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Their terms apply to the transaction.
  • It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
  • Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We have no ability to cancel it for you.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by the store you bought it from, under their policy.

We may change the price. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal — you can cancel before then.

Your right to cancel

As a consumer in the UK you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. That right is lost once the content is delivered, which happens as soon as the analysis is switched on for your account. Where a store's own refund policy is more generous than this, the store's policy applies. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use automated means to scrape, bulk-download or interfere with the service.
  • Share, resell or sublicense your access.
  • Attempt to access another person's account or data.
  • Use the service unlawfully, or in a way that damages or overloads it.
  • Use the chat to solicit medical, pharmacological or performance-enhancing drug advice.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance.

The analysis is a statistical reading of the data you have entered. It depends on that data being accurate and consistently recorded. It reports uncertainty honestly and declines to assert things it cannot support, but it is an estimate — not a measurement, and not a prediction. We do not warrant that acting on it will produce any particular result.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for injury sustained while training, or for business losses — you are agreeing to use this for your own personal training, not for a business. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Repcurve and delete your account at any time, from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, giving you notice and an opportunity to put it right where it is reasonable to do so.

If we discontinue the service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice, a way to export your data, and a pro-rata refund of any period you have paid for and not received.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give you notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can cancel and delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If something has gone wrong, please write to hello@repcurve.app first. Most things are fixable that way.
